All tenders for procurement of Improved SEJs should be called by zonal railways based on the approved list of vendors for improved SEJs as per extant instructions and guidelines and no special conditions regarding Bank Guarantee and penalty as per Railway Board’s letter dated 06.05.08 to be followed. |
