1. Initial track laying for all new line projects should be carried out by using S/H single rails which should be replaced subsequently by 10/20 rail panels and should be implemented w.e.f 01.04.12 without any exception. 2. Use of AT welding in construction projects should be minimized to the extent possible. Not a single AT weld without PCEs approval. |
